This game is a five versus five game, it is a strategic game with teamwork and fully concentration to destroy the enemy's structure and guarded own Frozenthrone. This game is not only about attacking offensively but also need to defence our place. We must kill people and creeps to get experience and money to survive and buy items. The game is not about how to earn money, not about how to kill enemy, but this game is more about how to defence and offence the frozenthrone, who destroy the frzonthrone first, they will win the game.

This game only has three lanes of a map. There is two corners which called sentinel and scourage. There will be creeps keep spawning on the three lanes. The creep will help the heroes to have experience. Normally a team is five players, with each player has to control his own hero. The hero of DOTA is devided by three types, that is strength hero, agility hero and intelligent hero.
There is many items to buy by the heroes, but not all of items can be used by every hero, each hero has his suitable items. So players need to know what item is that.
